Today's Man: A documentary about a young man with Asperger's Syndrome
TODAY'S MAN tells the story of Nicky Gottlieb—a former child genius who, at age 21, is diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome—a high functioning form of Autism. The film follows Nicky as he struggles to leave the safety of his family's home and find his place in the world.
TODAY'S MAN premiered Tuesday, January 8 on Independent Lens, a weekly series airing on PBS. Hosted by Terrence Howard, the acclaimed series showcases powerful and innovative independent films. Presented by ITVS, INDEPENDENT LENS is broadcast on PBS stations nationwide.
