SSI and Aspergers Syndrome promelems

Hi everyone I live in the state of Arkansas. I have to go tomarrow for my mental evaluation for SSI Benefits but I already have a good feeling they won't allow me to draw benefits even though I had recieved them before I was incarcerated 5 years ago and my previous benefits were terminated not suspended like they should have been but I was incarcerated for 1 and 1/2 years so I can see why it might have been terminated then. But anyway I have to go for this evaluation which I will probably be denied since my only problem is Aspergers Syndrome, then I will have to go through the second step which I will probably be denied as well there in which I will have to use the 3rd step in the SSI process in which I would go before a Judge myslef to be determined. So now for my question is there anything I can say or do to avoid going though into the 2nd or 3rd steps to be approved?
